Terms of Service
(1) The following terms and conditions shall govern the sale by AJ’s Custom Products LLC (named “us”) and the buyer (named “you”). Any terms and conditions that you propose or object to are subject to our written consent. By placing an order with us, it is deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our terms and conditions, please contact us before placing an order.
(2) We reserve the right to add, delete or amend these Terms and Conditions without prior written notice at any time, at our sole discretion.
2 - Contract
(1) Orders are only possible via the AJ’s Custom Products website. As soon as you have filled in the order form and confirmed your order with the "BUY" button, a contract between you and us is established in accordance with the conditions below (Prices, Shipping etc.) without a separate fulfillment confirmation from us.
(2) The placed order and chosen conditions are representative for the delivery of our products. The prices and conditions shown at the time you placed the order and confirmed with “BUY” apply.
3 – Color of Products
(1) Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate. If you should have a problem, question, or concern, please contact us ajbaitntackle@gmail.com.
4 - Prices and Payment
(1) All prices are retail prices in US Dollars.
(2) Orders must have both a shipping and credit card billing address within the United States.
(3) Accepted method of payment is Credit Card.
(4) Orders will include a non-refundable actual shipping and handling charge.
5 – Delivery
(1) If the products are in stock, we will mail them right out. If our inventory doesn't include your request, we will custom make the products and mail them when they become available.
(2) The advised dates of delivery may change because of events beyond our control.
(3) We reserve the right to ship UPS, FedEx, commercial truck or USPS.
6 – Return Policy
We try to represent our designs true to what it is and offer quality and originality. Please be aware that we are a small independent company. You must contact us in advance to discuss rerturns. We can offer an exchange or refund under the following conditions:
(1) Items must be returned within 72 hours after receiving the item.
(2) Sales items are excluded from the return - they are final sales.
(3) Custom orders are excluded from the return - they are final sales.
(4) All goods must be returned in perfect condition along with a copy of your initial invoice. We will dismiss the returned product if:
- The product shows signs of visible use
- The product returns without original packaging and/or product tags
- The product is damaged as a result of return transport.
(5) A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price.
(6) You are responsible for shipping charges.
(7) Please return the product to A.J.’s Custom Products, 76 Sargent Lake Road, Belmont NH 03220.
(8) No cost will be covered should the products go missing during the return shipping. We advise you to send all items back with a transport firm which provides a track & trace service.
7 – Our Right
We reserved the right to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part.
8 – Reservation of Proprietary Rights
The goods shall remain our property until you have fully paid any and all debts as of the contracting date, including the current account balance if any.
9 – Warranty
(1) We provide a 1-year warranty on our products to emphasize our trust in their quality. We are happy to repair any manufacturing defects for free if you send it to us. If the defect is the fault of the user, we will quote the repair cost and fix that product as quick as possible.
(2) Conditions which are not covered by the company warranty:
- Damage of a product resulting from negligence.
- Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product.
- Damage caused by natural disaster.
- Theft or loss of the product
